  • Excellent information, but more like weight loss advice than tips on how to lose weight. I particularly like ‘weight loss is not deprivation’ because so many of us believe that once we go on a diet, that’s it, no more tasty food!

  • If you really think about it weight loss is not all that difficult as we make it out to be. You must burn more calories that you consume to be able to loose weight.

    All of this can be done without and weight loss diet drugs or any magic ingredient. One main thing that you must do is to cut back on the carbohydrates. If you consume to much of this you will do nothing but put on weight fast!

    Protein diet are good but you have to be careful not to overdue it, because that could lead to high cholesterol.
