		<description>I agree with you.  I have integrated green tea and almonds on my diet and they work. Almonds stop my hunger too so I eat less.  Six almonds a day and a cup of green tea is the way I use to start  my day.  Thanks for the other tips:)</description>

These are great weight loss tips.  I am 57 and weigh over 200 pounds. I have been overweight for at least 25 years. I have started a diet and exercise regimine and I am feeling so much better.  My diet consists of careful choices of healthy foods. I am not eating desserts at all.  I am doing well eating 3 times a day.  I am walking at least one hour each day. This works best with my schedule, is free, and is something my husband and I can do together.  I walk even if he can&#039;t. Since reading this article, I have decided to get some small weights and start walking with them.  Is there any particular way you should hold them so as not to strain joints in the wrist and arms?  I am drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day - probably more.  How often should I weigh?  In the past, weighing has sometimes discouraged me.  I feel like I have a better overall outlook than ever before.  I also find that my faith in God is helping.  Thanks again for this great article.  Please respond if possible.
